Here at Rocket upholstery we believe the choices made right at the beginning of a product’s life dictate what effect that product has on the rest of the planet. Acknowledging that upholstery (and reupholstery even more so) plays a key part in a products life cycle.
The challenge for us is finding sustainable materials that can be reused, recycled or even returned harmlessly back to nature, whilst finding manufacturing processes to support these outcomes.
We are committed to establishing the values of sustainability at the core of everything Rocket Upholstery does and we would love you to get onboard!
Our ecogalactic journey has just began, we are locked on a course that will bring up new and exciting resources to help us change and adapt as we embrace the future that is The Circular Economy!
Sustainable Alternative
We also offer an alternative to petroleum based materials like Polyurethane Foam and polyester wadding.
Replacing them with materials such as 100% natural latex, coconut coir, wool felt, cotton wadding.
We’re always on the lookout for new sustainable materials that we can use and adapt, so if you have a sustainable product that you think we should know about, then we’d love to hear from you!
